Endorser ™ - Coronary Stent System

The Endorser Coronary Stent System includes 316L Stainless Steel Stent located on balloons catheter between two platinum iridium radio opaque markers bands. The Endorser stent is indicated for improving coronary luminal diameter in patients with symptomatic ischemic heart disease in de novo coronary artery lesion in native coronary arteries with a reference vessel diameter of 2.25 mm to 4.0 mm and a lesion length ≤ 40 mm. The Endorser is intended for use in patients eligible for Percutaneous Transluminal Coronary Angioplasty (PTCA). This latest generation design of Endorser has a unique geometry for controlled & distinctive stent expansion which enables low stent induced mechanical injury to arterial wall and excellent vessel conformability.

Endorser Stent is laster cut from stainless steel hypotube, with an innovative design to retain benefit of close cell design while incorporating benefits of open cell design.

Prevent edge injury, preserve side branch -
The Futuristic hybrid design of Endorser is unique combination of close cells at the end and open cells in the middle. There is low " Dog-bone " in of balloon on edges, thus reducing edge injury. The open cells in the middle prevent branch jailing and preserve excellent access to side branch.

Close cell support, open cells flexibility and comformance -
The S-shapned link of endorser in its open cell segment is arranged between every 3 crowns to make it optimally flexible. Endorser can prescribe an arc for angles up to -30°, to confirm with extremely angulated anatomy. Its design achieves flexibility with good radial strength hence preserving vessel support.

Ultimate precision of positioning -
It is finally thin struts powered with excellent radial strength and low elastic recoil, almost no foreshortening and good visibility under X-rays.

Low crimped and entry profiles
The entry profile of catheter tip is < 0.01 mm with graduated tip for smooth and safe crossing of the lesion.

Low bending stiffness
Attribute to the stent design and delivery system properties; the stent is highly flexible and easy to navigate into even difficult anatomy such as tortuous vessels and acute curved vessels.
